AI helpline: Fast help thanks to AI - simple, secure and available at all times

Questions about financial accounting often cannot be postponed. When a problem arises, the solution must be available quickly and reliably. This is precisely why we have developed our new AI helpline. 

The AI Helpline is a digital assistant that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide support for questions relating to our financial processes. It searches through internal documentation, support tickets and manuals – and provides the right answers in seconds. 

Technically, the system is based on what is known as RAG technology (Retrieval Augmented Generation). This means that the AI combines its understanding of language with knowledge from our company’s own data sources. This produces precise and reliable answers without sensitive information leaving the local environment. 

The AI helpline is currently being used internally to relieve our support team and consultants. We can already see that enquiries are being processed faster, processes are simpler and our employees have more time for individual customer concerns. 

Of course, our support team will still be there for you – personal, competent and available. The KI Helpline complements this service so that you can get the support you need even faster.
