Based on this experience, Schlüter also decided to use the mobile financial cockpit “EVM Mobile” from Portolan. With EVM Mobile, financial reports can be accessed via a mobile web client. For example, actual costs vs. budget can be queried at any time. The figures come directly from the financial software and are therefore always up to date. This means that all authorised users have access to the financial figures and there is no need to send reports by email. The application is user-friendly and allows quick decisions to be made on the basis of up-to-date figures.

“EVM Mobile enables our departments to access the financial information relevant to them in real time. The authorisation control means that only the information defined for each user can be queried, which was very important to us with such confidential information as in financial accounting. EVM Mobile is a new way for us to distribute financial information and we are very satisfied with the result,” says Erin Duprey, Controller at Schlüter.

With the introduction of EVM Mobile, Schlüter wants to further advance digitalisation in the company. The mobile application integrates seamlessly into the company’s existing infrastructure and makes it easier for customers to keep an eye on their financial data at all times and from anywhere.
