Outgoing Invoice Template
Digitalisation in Germany is making progress
Many companies already send their invoices electronically, and from 2027 this will become mandatory for large companies. It is therefore time to ensure that your company is well prepared to enter the new digital age. We can help you with this.
What is it about?
We have now been approached on several occasions by customers asking for support, as some of the systems they use are unable to generate e-invoices in accordance with legal requirements. This does not generally refer to traditional sales systems, which are usually capable of doing so, but rather to ancillary systems for specific functions, or in some cases invoices that are still created in Word and cannot be integrated into the sales system. If you also have such processes, we can assist you.
What is our approach?
JobRouter includes a function for creating e-invoices. Combined with the integrated archive and the role-based workflow, the system has everything you need to meet legal requirements with ease. With our template, we offer you the option to import invoice data from source systems and convert it into e-invoices, which you can then send and archive. If required, you can also enter or edit invoice data manually if information is missing from the source system. Finally, you can transfer the resulting entries to your accounting department if there is no direct interface between the source system and financial accounting.
How do we proceed?
We’d like to have a chat with you. As the name suggests, our template is a framework that we adapt to your specific needs. That is why we always start by holding a workshop where you present your current processes and systems, and we present our template. We then discuss together how to implement this into your bespoke solution, draw up a project plan and provide a detailed cost estimate. This ensures you are on the safe side and won’t encounter any surprises during the project.
What do you need to do?
Simply arrange a brief meeting with us. We’d be happy to explain the details to you. We look forward to meeting you.
