Heilbronn, 17.04.2025. Portolan Commerce Solutions GmbH successfully distributes and supports the JobRouter digitalisation software as a partner. Now, the business unit is growing once again: All for One Group SE is handing over support for its JobRouter customers to Portolan – with the consent of JobRouter AG.

The two companies have a long-standing partnership. Last year, Portolan took over support for the DCW software and the associated team from All for One. It was very good news for customers that support will continue to be provided by an established company with financial expertise. The takeover of the customers went extremely well, which is why Portolan was also called in for the current project.

“With Portolan, we have an experienced and reliable partner who will continue to provide our JobRouter customers with competent support. Our previous experience with the takeover of the DCW business unit has shown that our customers are in the best hands with Portolan. It was important for us to find a solution that ensures continuity and quality – and that is exactly what Portolan guarantees,” explains Otto Heß, Senior Director at All for One.  

Portolan has a team with extensive JobRouter expertise and its own customer base. In addition, some of the DCW customers who previously switched to Portolan are already using JobRouter, which is why it makes sense to be supported by the same provider.
