Effective July 1, 2026, Jessica Kreuzmann has assumed the role of Managing Director of PORTOLAN Commerce Solutions GmbH. 

This marks the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s history. As a family-owned business, PORTOLAN has stood for reliability, strong partnerships, and powerful financial accounting software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for decades.

As the daughter of the company’s founder and long-serving Managing Director, Joachim Nürk, Jessica Kreuzmann has a close connection to PORTOLAN. Since 2015, she has played an active role in shaping the company’s development in the areas of Marketing and Business Development and has been a member of the management team.

Together with the two authorized signatories, Elke Nürk and Alexander Nürk, she has a clear vision for the future. Alongside the continuous enhancement of PORTOLAN’s proven solutions, the company’s strategic focus will be on process digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Special thanks go to Joachim Nürk, who has successfully led and shaped the company as Managing Director for many years. Going forward, he will continue to support PORTOLAN as an advisor, contributing his extensive experience and expertise.
